Can I be released from school early to attend prayers?

Yes. For example, if your parents ask the school to release you early so you can attend off-campus prayer or religious instruction, your school should probably let you leave early. State laws in other places have allowed schools to let groups leave school for some hours each week off-campus religious instruction. [1]
